Poor cleanliness and maintenance!!! Old, malfunctioning air conditioning unit!!! Issues with door locks and unwelcoming lobby!!! Immediate need for deep cleaning throughout the property!!!

The hotel offered a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff, and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the outdated decor and lack of basic amenities like a microwave were disappointing. Cleanliness could use some improvement, as well as noise control from other guests. Still, it served its purpose for a quick stay.

To top it off, there was a dingy atmosphere, with some rooms showing signs of damage—like bullet holes and stained curtains—that can be unsettling.

The staff quickly resolved our key issue by coming to our room after observing our struggle on camera, showcasing their attentiveness and care during our stay.
